With most real estate buyers searching the internet for Bahamas real estate deals. There are a lot of online listings for a buyer to view. Pictures can make your listing stand out and set you apart from the competition. There are some pictures that are must have’s when taking a listing:
Amenities:
Don’t just showcase the house, showcase the amenities too. The selling point of many homes are what they have to offer in the community. Make sure to take photos of the amenities in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. If a beach is close by photograph it so the buyer knows.
Kitchen:
The focal point of any home is the kitchen, buyers want to see updated appliances, solid surface countertops and family style islands. A buyer would rule out a home fast depending on the layout and design of the kitchen.
Backyard:
Failing to include backyard images can knock your listing out of the running. Most home owners enjoy outside living space, especially in the Bahamas, and for buyers who have pets and children a great backyard space is a must.
Front of House:
Many listings don’t include the front of the house for a variety of reasons. However, the front of the house is the showcase it sets a stage for what can be expected when you open the front door. If you don’t include a front view of the house you may be saying to a home buyer, beware this house is not attractive.
Storage:
Storage is always a big factor for homebuyers and let’s face it you can never have enough. If the house has it show it, built-in closet organizing systems, garage organizers and the like can be major selling points.
