Constructed with storm-safe concrete-block walls enveloped in plaster infused with honey-colored limestone dust, textured with island seashells and sand, Savannah creates a sense of tranquility and elegance. The spacious living room, with striking sculptural paintings, offers a cool retreat. The kitchen can easily be accessed from the living and dining rooms and has its own back entrance. A detached guest pavilion adds further space and privacy. Each of the four rooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms, ensuring the utmost convenience for up to 10 guests, with two king bedrooms, one double twin, and four bunk beds available. A private pathway leads to a 1.35 acre beachfront lot with 150’ of sandy beach frontage on five miles of pristine, untouched golden sands, offering unparalleled seclusion and natural beauty.
