Originally 50.58 acres situated near the Eastern end of South Bimini and bounded Northwardly by land of the property of the Bahamas Government and running 942.09 feet Eastwardly by vacant land being another part of the original tract. Running 2648 feet more or less Southwardly by the sea and running 1104 feet more or less and Westwardly by vacant land being another portion of the original tract and running 2044 feet more or less and Secondly a tract of land situated as aforesaid originally containing 23.78 acres and bounded Northwardly by Bimini Harbor and running 983 feet more or less Eastwardly by another portion of the original tract granted to the Hon. Charles Rogers Nesbitt being vacant land and running 923 more or less Southwardly by land of the property of the Bahamas Government and running 942.09 feet and Westwardly by vacant land being another portion of the original tract of land running 1202 feet more or less.
