This waterfront lot is located in Pigeon Creek in Snow Bay, in an area called Columbus Landings 3. The area is peaceful and quiet, with a stunningly beautiful beach only a couple of minute's walk away. The lot is facing the nature preserve Pigeon Creek that comes in from the ocean and splits up in two directions and goes for miles in each direction. Perfect for kayaking or canoeing, even paddle boarding, with its shallow debt and protected location. Pigeon Creek contains many kinds of precious oceanic wild life like turtles, starfish, conch, crawfish, red crabs and hundreds of baby fish species that are hatched in the plentiful mangrove areas. The road goes to the lot. There is no electricity or telephone lines in this area, so you rely on solar power, a generator and cell phones.
