Cristobal Gomez became a valued member of the Island Living team in September 2012, assuming the role of Sales Apprentice and Property Manager. Graduating from the University of Tampa in 2009, Cristobal subsequently returned to Nassau, where he undertook the management of multiple commercial properties situated within the downtown area. His adept management skills encompass an array of areas within commercial property management, including but not limited to rent collection, oversight of renovation endeavors, implementation of preventative maintenance protocols, supervision of parking facilities, and adept tenant acquisition strategies. Notably, his knowledge extends to the management of diverse building types, including historically significant structures. These proficiencies have been significantly informed by his tutelage under his father, the accomplished businessman Jose Gomez, who boasts nearly four decades of successful commercial property management experience in The Bahamas.
