Brighter Days Ahead for Cupid’s Cay Marina

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – We are excited to share that a recent announcement that approval has been granted to construct an 80 slip marina at Cupid’s Cay, Governors Harbour on the island of Eleuthera.

This will be a huge boost to our economy and to Bahamas real estate prices in the area, says Heather Carey, a sales agent with Island Living Real Estate, a Bahamas realty company.

Once construction begins on the marina, it will be completed in multiple phases, with the first phase being 20 slips, according to a recent article about the development published in The Eleutheran.

Broker Representing Bahamas Real Estate for Sale Becomes BREA Director

NASSAU, BAHAMAS— Rachel Pinder, a broker whose Nassau realty firm represents owners of Bahamas real estate for sale, has been elected as a Bahamas Real Estate Association director for a second time.

Nassau, Bahamas— It doesn’t matter if this is your first home purchase or fourth, closing day can be stressful and possess a lot of unknowns- particularly if you are a foreigner purchasing property in the Bahamas.

But that doesn’t have to be the case, according to Bahamas Real Estate expert Rachel Pinder, principle broker of Island Living Real Estate, a Bahamas realty agency.
