Heather Carey Prepared to Show Bahamas Real Estate for Sale to Island Living Real Estate Clients
NASSAU, BAHAMAS— Island Living Real Estate, an agency that represents buyers and sellers of Bahamas real estate for sale, recently hired an additional sales agent.
Heather Carey, who was born and raised in Nassau to a Bahamian father and a
Scottish mother, joined the Island Living team in June, said Rachel Pinder, principle broker of Island Living Real Estate, an agency that specializes in Bahamas investment property.
Pinder said Island Living hired Carey because the agency felt it could use another agent to assist with the client load.
“We like to give a lot of one-on-one attention to each client and because of this, it takes more time,” Pinder said. “We are thrilled to have Heather on board because she possesses diverse and detailed knowledge not only of Nassau, but most of the other Bahamian islands, as well.”
That means that buyers in search of Bahamas homes for sale can feel confident that their interests are in safe, knowledgeable hands, she said. In her capacity as a sales agent, Carey also will be able to assist clients looking for Nassau, Bahamas rentals.
After finishing high school in the Bahamas, Carey went on to study, live and work abroad in places such as New York City, Miami, Connecticut, San Francisco, London and Spain.
Her diverse background in the areas of private banking, marketing, tourism and film production provides excellent tools in working with clients, both internationally and locally. Her personal interests include photography, travel, food, independent films, hiking, swimming and diving.
Carey has been a member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association as a sales agent since 2003.
