Other standard features exclusive to the units include granite counter tops, imported kitchen cabinetry, LCD flat-screen TVs, luxurious bathrooms and terraces that offer ocean and city views.

The Reef opened officially in December 2007. Since then, sales have topped more than $60 million. 

“More than 60 percent of the units have been sold, but there still are some amazing units available,” Pinder said.
