Curved entrance walls open to a colonnade hallway where the peaceful sound of water comes from the courtyard garden separating the east and west living quarters. The main entertainment area has unobstructed views of the ocean; and the living room, dining room, and kitchen all flow effortlessly into one another. The gourmet kitchen features wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and luxury appliances. Behind the kitchen, you will find an enormous pantry, complete with wine cooler, refrigerator, and laundry facilities. The master suite is only steps from the living area and includes a shower, water closet, walk-in closet, double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and an outdoor shower. Friends and family will be lodged in the West wing, where bedrooms overlook the creek and water garden and each room has an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort.
AMENITIES: Off the main living area, a terrace, infinity pool, bars and sunbathing deck seem to be suspended weightlessly over the beach. Expansive patios and lush gardens can also be found around almost every bend. Extra guests can be accommodated in the two bedroom guest cottage above the oversized garage located next to the private dock. For island-style mobility, two golf carts are included.
